基于plc的模糊自适应pid控制方法的智能控制系统

摘要:常规的pid控制方法不足之处在于准确度不高、参数固定、稳定性差、无法自适应参数调整以至于初始化、抗干扰、鲁棒性各个方面表现的比较差。尤其在过程控制中实时性要求方面,常规的pid往往不能满足要求,因而基于plc的模糊自适应pid控制方法应运而生,解决了常规pid的超调大的问题,采用模糊自适应pid控制方法实现 pid 参数的调整,使控制系统的响应速度快,过度过程时间大大缩短,超调量减少,震荡次数少,使其具有较强的鲁棒性和稳定性。

abstract:the conventional pid control bbbbbb shortage in the accuracy is not high, parameter fixed, poor stability, cannot adaptive parameter adjustment that initialization, anti-jamming and robustness aspects of poor performance. especially in process control real-time demand of conventional pid cannot meet in. based on plc fuzzy adaptive pid control bbbbbb, solved the conventional pid arises the overshoot the big problems, and using fuzzy adaptive pid control bbbbbb of online to realize pid parameters adjustment, the control system, fast response time shortens greatly, excessive process overshoot decrease, concussion less number, make it has stronger robustness and stability.
